- Ensure backlog process is completed and prioritized.

- Take an active role in plant safety initiatives.
- Ensure a safe work environment for self and others.
- Conduct MSHA pre-shift safety inspections.
Maintenance Practices:
- Train and coach other employees on maintenance practices.
