We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Description :

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of our facility. You will handle various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Shipping : Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Receiving : Inspect and receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and handle any discrepancies.
  • Documentation : Complete and manage all necessary shipping and receiving paperwork and reports.
  • Quality Control : Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT physical card to operate shuttle truck.
  • Able to work a 10-12 hour shift, if needed.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate material handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to follow all other duties that may be assigned.
