Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and cash register transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience.
- Serve tables in restaurant and patio
- Take carryout and phone to-go orders.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is encouraged.
