Job Description
A Maintenance Technology Manager is responsible for monitoring various technology platforms / systems for our maintenance operations. This includes implementing and managing onboard truck technology systems to optimize the department’s response time for repair processes.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximizing operational efficiency, essentially bridging the gap between technical expertise and maintenance management practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to :
Technology Implementation :
- Learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Transportation Management Software (TMS) while working exclusively in Fleetio, and OEM portals.
- Integrating technology with existing maintenance processes.
- Training staff on new technology tools for data collection and analysis.

A Successful Maintenance Technology Manager must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Maintenance Technology Manager must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
