Key Responsibilities
- Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Cold call and respond to calls quickly
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Schedule driver orientations and training
- Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
You must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and other team members in person and on the telephone. You must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Recruiter must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
