Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and define business process improvements.
Develop BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and define roadmaps.
Collaborate with business users, product managers, IT teams, and executives.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions.
Present insights, recommendations, and reports to senior leadership.
Work closely with development teams, architects, and QA teams to ensure proper solution delivery.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and drive system validation.
Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Utilize SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools for reporting and insights.
Define and monitor KPIs and business metrics to measure success.
Participate in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
Work with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog management.
Required Skills & Experience:
14 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Process Improvement.
Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, UML diagrams, and BPMN process modeling.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
Experience with SQL, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence tools.
Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
