Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the merger of HR and Enterprise ServiceNow instances.

- Work with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during instance consolidation.
- Optimize performance and usability post-consolidation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to consolidation and integration.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow instance consolidation and administration.
- Strong understanding of HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Enterprise ServiceNow modules.
- Expertise in role-based access control (RBAC) and security best practices.
- Experience in data migration, cloning, and instance management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
