Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks Desktop and an office environment, handling tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and collections. This role requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and apply customer payments
- Enter invoices accurately into QuickBooks Desktop
- Manage collections by following up on outstanding accounts
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks, including:
- Filing, copying, stapling, organizing, and mailing
- Support phone call handling as needed
- Ensure smooth office operations through administrative support
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
