WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Supplier Development Engineer , you will work directly with our clients to enhance supplier performance, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery meet industry standards. Your responsibilities include :
- Assessing and improving supplier capabilities through audits and process evaluations.
- Driving supplier performance improvements in quality, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with suppliers on corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives, and lean manufacturing strategies.
- Supporting Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities.
- Managing and resolving supplier-related issues, ensuring compliance with client standards.
- Facilitating communication between suppliers and clients to achieve seamless integration.
