Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all printed materials meet the highest quality standards. As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment, managing print jobs from start to finish, and collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing products.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Review print orders and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement production designs effectively.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects for preparing print-ready files.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to ensure accurate color reproduction in printed materials.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the training of new staff on printing techniques and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for color accuracy and print quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge/expertise of M&R machinery
- Able to take direction from management
- Organized operator, keeps workspace clean and tidy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
