Job Description: Admin- Integrator

As our Admin Integrator, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across various critical areas. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, as detailed in our Admin System Protocols. The Integrator side would be about implementing business strategies and the overall vision of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to all email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling and Crew Integration: Efficiently schedule jobs and coordinate crew assignments.
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate and manage invoices and billing processes accurately.
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process and manage new employee onboarding.
- Employee Commission Reports: Generate and distribute accurate employee commission reports.
- Advertising and Email Drip Campaigns: Manage and execute advertising and email drip campaigns.
- Customer Reviews and Follow-up: Proactively pursue customer reviews and conduct follow-up communication.
Compensation:
- 5% of total billings, paid bi-weekly.
- Bi-annual bonus of 1-3% based on performance and execution of responsibilities.
- Additional compensation for value-added initiatives and contributions.
- Compensation growth potential based on performance and company revenue benchmarks.
Contract Terms:
- This is preferably an independent contractor position.
- You will operate under your own company.
- A formal independent contractor agreement will be provided for review and signature.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in email management, scheduling, invoicing, and basic accounting.
- Experience with employee recruitment and onboarding is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to learn and adapt to existing company protocols.
- Must be able to produce professional documents and reports.
