What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute School Nurse position at PA Lifesharing LLC?
We are seeking some dedicated Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as substitute school nurses, supporting students at Lancaster County Day School.
The ideal nurse should be flexible, as the needs are on an as-needed basis, or provide our company with your availability to support the school on days off from full-time employment.
Pay RN’s $50.00 per hour - LPNs $42.00 per hour
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the school's CSN professional to ensure optimal student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Proficiency in procedures like catheterization, tube feeding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize student care
