Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer to support our day-to-day marketing activities while helping us create visually compelling content. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys being both creative and strategic—able to assist with marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and graphic design needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and email newsletters
- Help manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Track and report marketing analytics and campaign performance
- Support event coordination and promotional initiatives
- Take Initiative upon our growth and rebranding
Graphic Design
- Design visual assets including social media graphics, flyers, presentations, ads, and web banners
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and templates
- Assist in the creation of digital and print materials (brochures, posters, client proposals, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members to develop new creative ideas and visual storytelling strategies
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and typography
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience with WordPress or website management tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Familiarity with slack usage

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
