Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: The Cardiovascular Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments for the hospital (including Cardiology, EP Lab, Cardiac Testing and Interventional Radiology). Ability to succeed and lead in a fast-paced dynamic working environment. Strong leadership ability to oversee and manager multiple departments. Responsible for a team of 70-75 colleagues. 24/7 Accountability Responsible for the overall management of the Heart and Vascular Center. Provides nursing and administrative leadership in regards to all aspects of clinical care, patient safety, procedure scheduling, medication management, infection control, environment of care, colleague staffing, and medical staff relations. Assures compliance with all departmental and hospital policies within associated departments. Monitors and maintains all functions related to procedural billing practices, medical records, CDM, supply-chain and inventory management. Works in collaboration to collectively promote cardiovascular services throughout the organization.
