Manages staffing levels, staff productivity and performance reviews. Directly oversees the Lead Technologist, Imaging Techs, and clerical staff. Work directly with the Director and Medical Director regarding strategic planning and budget preparation. The Manager will work cooperatively with the Technologists, clinical and clerical personnel to maximize patient volumes and profitability of the Center. Works to maintain all regulatory requirements, manages FTEs and expenses effectively, keeps inventory of equipment and effectively manages colleagues in all areas of the departments.
