Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (DOE)
Job Overview:
A prestigious spine surgery practice with multiple offices in the NYC metro area, including New Jersey, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team. This is a Monday-to-Friday position with no nights or weekends, providing an excellent work-life balance. The PA will work closely with the Chief Surgeon, assisting in both surgical and clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Spine Surgeon in surgical procedures

Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations

Perform patient consultations, physical exams, and follow-up care

Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests

Educate patients on treatment plans and post-surgical care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a valid NY and NJ license (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience in surgery preferred, particularly spine, orthopedics, or neurosurgery

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a surgical team
