To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in hospitality, nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities include following procedures for member on-boarding, service offerings, and executing onsite programming.

Responsibilities
Space and Members:
- Staff Schedule Coordination
- Staff the front desk on designated shifts during business hours and be a consistent on-site resource for members
- Onboarding new members
- Tours for potential walk-in members and guests
- Cadence of fulfillment
- Inventory supplies management
- Assisting the training of New CEMs
- Actively use CRM software and be a resource for staff and members
- Space Communications (on site and on digital platforms)
Engagement:
- Execute engagement and retention strategies and track/report progress for Director of Investments and Entrepreneurship
- Address potential customer service problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Act as a resource for new and potential customers
- Participate in marketing efforts to attract and retain The Coven Eau Claire current and potential members
- Member communications: checking in on member experiences, interacting on the digital platform, space signage.
- Surprise Delight: Examples include, Hot Cocoa Bar, Interactive activities, Social Hours and experiences.
- Feeling the Vibes: Setting tone of the space through curated playlists as well as member introductions and connection points.
Events:
- Event Calendar (Digital and In-Person)
- Appropriate subject/content that is The Coven Eau Claire mission aligned
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure event assets are created in a timely manner to ensure proper time to market and gain attendance for event
- Event Flow
- Complete run of show
- Coordination with external partners
- Implementing scheduling, inquiries, and planning alongside The Coven Eau Claire staff
Hours and Shift: This is a part-time position at 20-25 hours per week with a shift schedule of Monday through Friday 11am-4pm with flexibility for events outside of those set hours.
Compensation: This position is compensated at $16/hour.
