Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices, particularly in a medical setting. This role requires effective communication, team management, and proficiency in various administrative tasks to support our staff and enhance productivity.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and budgeting purposes.
  • Coordinate schedule management for staff appointments and meetings.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficient in clerical duties with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Experience with front desk operations in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with phone systems for managing incoming calls efficiently.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management is preferred.
  • Excellent schedule management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated team management skills to lead and motivate staff members.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting processes within an office context.
  • Previous experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
