Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project assignments based on facility capabilities and capacity.
- Plan and confirm projects according to client statements of work.
- Conduct data collection using surveying instruments/equipment, GPS, etc.
- Prepare and review survey plans, legal descriptions, exhibits, and other documents required by clients, staff, and regulatory agencies.
- Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards, for all surveys.
- Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of survey data.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project documents, field information, and notes, as well as survey computations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and agencies regarding project scope, budget, and time frame to promote exceptional service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, GIS or Environmental Services, preferred.
- 2 years of experience in field surveying.
- 2 years of CAD experience, required.
- GIS Certification, preferred.
- SIT or PLS certification, preferred.
