Summary
As a Coach at PACE Enterprises, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals with disabilities as they navigate their career paths. This position involves assessing talents, providing training, and connecting clients with local employers to foster successful job placements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs tailored to individual needs.
- May provide 1:1 job training to the client while in the community at job placements.
- Transports clients to various community outing settings, as well as job placements, if needed.
- Completes daily documentation for observations made while working with the assigned client.
- Provides monitoring and observation to clients while they attend community outings.
- Provides assistance to clients in a day habilitation setting to complete their personalized goals and programs, as outlined in their treatment plans.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong background in training development and workforce development.
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills to inspire clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
