Pay : $40,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

We need a highly organized, customer-focused team player to help manage our technician schedules, communicate with customers, and support daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing :
Answering incoming customer calls and scheduling service appointments
Dispatching technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability
Managing service schedules and coordinating return trips when parts arrive
Maintaining customer maintenance agreement records
Providing exceptional customer service and support
Handling administrative duties such as data entry and office organization
Collaborating with department managers, field technicians, and clients
