CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll be responsible for loading parts into machines, operating the equipment, and ensuring quality output. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and address machine malfunctions will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines.
• Operate CNC machines and monitor performance.
• Use measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Detect and report machine malfunctions and defective materials.
• Maintain production rates and inspection logs.
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior CNC operating experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent dependability and work ethic.
• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
• Proficiency in basic measurements and math.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints.
