CREDIT UNION MANAGER

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Manager of PACE Resources Federal Credit Union, you will lead all strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will ensure the credit union achieves its goals of financial stability, regulatory compliance, member satisfaction, and growth while upholding its core mission and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the credit union, managing all functions, including accounting, business development, compliance, investments, lending, marketing, operations, risk management, and security.
- Directly assist members with their financial needs, including account management, loan applications, and resolving inquiries and/or complaints.
- Handle all bookkeeping duties, process transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly and annual reports for the Board.
- Oversee the credit union systems, including management of the PACE Resources FCU website.
- Develop and execute member outreach initiatives, including creating promotional materials, engaging with the local community, and identifying opportunities to grow membership.
- Ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, and applicable guidelines from state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational risks, updating policies, and ensuring robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution management.
- Demonstrated experience working with regulatory examiners and auditors.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in consumer and mortgage lending.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Board of Directors, staff, and membership.
