Our client, a small company specializing distribution and packaging of medical supplies and products, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to understudy an employee who is being promoted. What You’ll be Doing…
· Process invoices for Accounts Payable, including inventory, freight, travel expenses, and more.
· Manage weekly check runs.
· Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts for month-end.
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…
- 2 years of Accounts Payable and Inventory experience, within small or medium sized companies
- Experience working within a B2B or product-based company, where you have worked on general ledgers, month end, and reconciliations.
- Demonstrated ability to apply debits and credits in the right buckets
- A track record showing job stability and working within the same company for longer than 2 years.
Here’s the important details:
· Location: Tukwila, WA (100% onsite)
· Direct Hire with a comprehensive benefits package from day one
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
· Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
· Hourly pay rate: $28-$31 per hour depending on experience.
