What you’ll be doing…
· Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, monitoring, and control efforts.
· Audit decision support systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
· Analyze trends, investigate KPI variances, and develop action plans to achieve objectives.
· Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, and assist with workforce analysis and strategy.
· Provide training and decision support to management, helping leaders understand their business and drive operational success.

· You are operationally focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
· You’ve proven yourself to be adaptable and eager to dive into month-end processes, analyze internal trends, and leverage software platforms like EPIC and Lawson.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
· Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. (preferred but not mandatory)
· Familiarity with decision support systems, healthcare cost accounting principles, benchmarking, and reimbursement methodologies. (preferred but not mandatory)
Here’s the important details:
· Location: Downtown Seattle (Hybrid after training and orientation)
· Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
· Pay Range: $35-$51/hour (DOE)
· Employment Type: 3 month temporary/contract role with potential for temp-to-hire
· Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.
· Immunization Requirements: COVID-19, Seasonal Flu Shot, MMR, Varicella
