Attention experienced HRBP’s! We need your expertise NOW for 2 contract roles for leading healthcare organization!
These are high impact roles working closely with management and employees going thru significant shifts in the organizational structure. The candidate hired will do the regular business partner stuff - hands-on and strategic input, advise on both routine and non-routine employee relations issues involving expertise in conflict management, internal investigations, benefit adjudications and organizational development. You’ll keep the trains running maintaining HR visibility while 2 HRBP partners are on FMLA…maybe longer as the re – grouping plays out. We think this is an ideal job for someone in between jobs who loves challenges or even a recent HRBP retiree who wants a few months of unique challenges.
Here’s what you’ll be doing…
·Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
·Collaborate with the HR team on current initiatives.
·Effectively manage workplace investigations
·Provide subject matter expertise for employee inquires during a new benefits roll-out.

Important Job Details:
- The hourly pay rate is $45-55/hr. (DOE)
- 3 month contract, with a possibility of an extension and/or FTE consideration.
- Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
- Location: Seattle, WA (4 days onsite per week)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen (including THC)
