Marketing Reporting Analyst (Adobe Analytics)

Our financial institution, insurance client is looking for Pace to provide augmented staff for a project. This role will be an embedded staff member to the client, employed by Pace.

 

For this remote role, we are currently accepting candidates residing in the following states - NC, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT. This role is expected to last from 3/31/2025-12/31/2025.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting Analyst is a professional who is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that support business decisions. Reporting Analysts create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders. This is an analytical position. Reporting Analysts collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for process improvements.

 

• This position will be working for a major U.S. insurance carrier and will be responsible for:
• Runs Adobe Analytics reports that measure digital landing page performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Updates Adobe Analytics workspaces as our digital landing page ecosystem grows.
• Reviews and analyzes the Adobe reports to identify trends and friction points.
• Runs and analyzes glass box software to further investigate friction points.
• Creates recommendations to address friction points and influences leaders to adopt the recommendations.
• Shares Adobe reports and trends with Digital Landing page leaders.
• Tracks and reports monthly the amount of time and effort it takes to create new digital landing pages and make enhancements to existing digital landing pages. Identifies potential process bottlenecks, creates recommendations to address the bottlenecks and influences leaders to adopt recommendations.
• Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree mandatory in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance

 

Experience: 

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years’ reporting and analyzing digital landing page performance.
• 5 years’ experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• The salary for this position will range from $55,400-75,000 ($74,790-97,200 in NYC/CA) depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
