**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Asset and Inventory Management Lead to drive operational excellence and improve supply chain efficiency at Pacer Group. This key role involves overseeing asset management, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.

**Responsibilities**

• Asset Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, asset allocation, and disposal processes to ensure maximum efficiency and utilization.
• Inventory Control: Implement efficient inventory management systems, monitor stock levels, and coordinate logistics operations to meet customer demands.
• Spare Parts Management: Develop and implement strategies for spare parts procurement, storage, and distribution to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with site leadership, Ops Control, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the supply chain.

**Requirements**

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or logistics operations.
2. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex supply chain operations.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies.
