Job Summary:

• The Asset and Inventory Optimization Specialist will focus on developing and implementing strategies to optimize asset and inventory management, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
• The successful candidate will analyze current practices and identify areas for improvement, working closely with site leadership to develop and implement effective solutions.
• This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering, 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Google Sheets is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current asset and inventory management practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize asset and inventory management.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to site management and Ops Control, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with site leadership to develop and implement training programs to ensure effective asset and inventory management practices.
