Pay rate $4048.00 / hr
Description
- Required to do field visits (memberfacing)
- Two different types of case loads (one working with over 60 waiver population; other will be working with the under 60 population)
- Assessments facetoface visits for maintaining safety welfare; audit their caseloads

Performance indicators documentation requirements; run weekly reports to ensure visits are completed and documentation is completed timely
Top 3 musthave hard skills
MUST have technology skills as we use multiple systems; MUST be a selfstarter; and great time management and prioritization
Level of experience with each MUST be proficient with technology
Stackranked by importance Being a selfstarter and great with time management you should automatically know where to start and navigate as this is a constantchanging environment
