Reviews health insurance plans with patients in clinic and by telephone. Minimum Level of Expertise: Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write proficient English. Must have excellent phone skills and rapport. Must be comfortable with computers and medical terminology. In depth knowledge of all insurance types, including HMO, PPO and government health programs.
