Corporate Chef (Bilingual in Korean and English)
Location: United States / South Korea (Travel Required)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Chef who is fluent in both Korean and English to join our team. This role involves significant travel between the United States and South Korea and other countries.
Compensation: Starting $80k-90k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Research & Development: Conduct product research and develop culinary dishes and market trends.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and safety standards in food preparation and presentation. Conduct regular quality checks with products.
- Market Analysis: US and Korea and other countries.
- Collaboration and Cultural Liaison: Foster communication and collaboration between Manufacturing and RD Teams in the US and Korea, sharing insights and techniques to broaden and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a chef.
- Bilingual: Proficient in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Research Skills: Strong analytical skills with a passion for culinary innovation and product development. Knowing the American and Korean Palate and trends.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively between the US and Korea, with adaptability to varying schedules and demands.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing culinary talent.
