What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $70,000/yr

- Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls.
- Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes.
- Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator.
- Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 6 years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience.
- 3 years of previous management or crew supervision experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
- Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).
