Renuity is looking for a Paid Search Associate with 1-2 years of Google Ads experience that is comfortable creating and managing campaigns. They understand the fundamentals of Google Ads and can navigate in-platform without assistance. The associate would manage their own ad account(s) and would be responsible for performance online and offline. Training can be provided if the associate is new to offline bidding. The associate is a self-starter who can adapt to change and adjust their campaigns accordingly.

What You’ll Do
- Manage existing and new paid search campaigns, optimizing to achieve offline performance goals
- Support paid search team members with ad hoc requests when needed
- Create data visualization solutions for actionable reporting and insights
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team and stakeholders in performance calls
- Monitor performance daily and quickly adapt to change
- 1-2 years of active campaign management in Google Ads required. Bing Ads preferred
- Google Ads Editor experience required
- Experience using offline data preferred
- Experience A/B testing preferred (ad copy, landing page, etc.).
