JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
COMPANY: Pacific Building Systems
LOCATION: Woodburn, Oregon
PRIMARY PURPOSE
This position aims to develop new business and service existing Pre-engineered metal building projects and the individual metal components. Professionally represent the performance, service, and sales function for all the products and services that Pacific Building Systems provides. The Inside Sales and Service (I.S.S.) representative is expected to achieve mutually established sales goals, serve, and grow existing accounts, develop new business by identifying new contacts inside of accounts served, as well as new account opportunities, qualifying leads, and documenting communication in the CRM (customer relationship management) software system.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- This job typically requires knowledge in Construction, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and a variety of software programs.
- Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment and produce results in conjunction with fellow team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Represents the Company by servicing existing accounts and planning and organizing a daily work schedule to gain new customers.
- Receive phone calls regarding Pre-engineered metal buildings and the components required to build them.
- File reports inside the CRM system. This includes but is not limited to personal sales, team sales, marketing initiatives for accounts, proactive prospecting, developing new accounts, oversight, and growth of current accounts.
- Perform minimum agreed-upon Leading Indicators daily, such as phone calls, e-mails, and other activities to achieve agreed-upon monthly, quarterly, and annual Lagging Indicators such as buildings sold and revenue generated.
- Maintaining good public relations in the community, with all customers, and whatever else might be necessary to get the job done correctly.
- Services the customer by providing post-delivery assistance after the sale to assure customer satisfaction on product quality and delivery.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Assist team with quote requests and project take-offs, as well as with processing project drawings.

Annual compensation: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus quarterly bonus opportunity upon achievement.
