Job Description
Does your vision of the future include leadership, coaching and mentoring emerging advisors? We are currently seeking a successful financial advisor or financial services management candidate for an Associate Vice President in our Lake Oswego office. As an AVP you will be an integral part of the firm’s growth by aiding in the recruitment, development, and mentoring of emerging advisors. On top of extremely competitive advisor compensation, an AVP can earn overrides and bonuses based on the performance of their team while utilizing a highly effective, firm supported turn-key business owner marketing system that can potentially increase their income.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
- Has produced or desires producing in a team/joint work environment
- Has earned advanced industry designations – CLU, ChFC, CFP.
- Life/ Health, Series 7 and Series 66
- At least two years experience
- Proven track record of production, ideally at conference level
Additional Information
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in on campus recruitment for emerging advisors and interns
- Provide leadership for our internship program
- Supply mentorship for emerging advisors
- Run or assign joint work for emerging advisors
Participate in advisor team meetings
Conduct new advisor training as needed
