Qualifications
minimum two (2) years perinatal case experience management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of perinatal services and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) guidelines Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Works effectively with a variety of diverse populations. Can work with a team to plan develop and implement programs and services to promote community health education and health promotion thus improving the health of the individual patient and the community. Flexible; handles several projects concurrently. Strong attention to detail. Tactful sensitive and possesses knowledge of cultural differences when working with clients. General office experience and basic computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

$25.25 - $36.61 /hour

In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers philosophy the CPSP (Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program) Educator manages health education assessment and reassessments interventions referrals and follow-up care for clinic patients with CPSP Case Managers and Providers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years perinatal case experience management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of perinatal services and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) guidelines
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
