- Manages daily crew, truck, and job installation schedules
- Help with coordinating materials and labor for jobs
- Process new hire paperwork for field employees
- Performs data entry of material and labor
- Manages contract folder to ensure billing is correct and complete
- Answering multiple phone lines and directing inbound calls to appropriate party
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
- Various administration duties including ordering office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and correctedQUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum one year of previous experience in a construction environment
- Must be able to type 45 wpm and use a variety of office equipment
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and professional telephone skills in dealing with the customers and inter-company personnel
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
