Location:Â In Office;Â Auburn, WA

Responsibilities
- Corresponding with customers, vendors, and employees through phone, email and in person.
- Assist with reviewing AP/AR processes, identifies areas of improvement, and makes recommendations for improving processes and procedures.
- Filing, scanning, and general organization of accounting documents.
- Work with general ledger accounts.
- Assist with reconciling accounts monthly, ensuring timely payments are being made.
- Assist with collections.
- Assisting with gathering of data for audits.
- Keeping subcontractor packets up to date.
- Abiding by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensuring that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled and taking classes towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance or a recent graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier
- Valid Driver's License.
