You'll be joining a dedicated mental health team consisting of 1 psychiatrist, 1 nurse practitioner, 2 registered nurses, 1 licensed clinical social worker, and 1 licensed professional counselor. Our 25-bed critical access hospital emphasizes a supportive and collaborative environment, where an average day involves 8-10 patient interactions in a 100% outpatient setting, allowing for meaningful patient engagement without the responsibilities of inpatient care or emergency department duties.
