Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to join a well-established company in Natomas known for its strong workplace culture. In this role, the Sales Project Coordinator will assist sales project managers with various administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, and greet visitors. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Pay : $31.25 per hour.
Qualified candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience with project billing or light accounting, exhibit a strong team mentality, and possess excellent administrative coordination skills. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide administrative support to project managers & senior project managers.
- Facilitate the flow of work instruction and other related project documents to various departments.
- Maintain and prepare project samples for the department.
- Provide an additional level of quality control support.
- Own inventory management within the department, including updating reports and ensuring accuracy of inventory counts. Attention to detail is critical.
- Work closely with project managers to track, organize and prepare final invoices at project conclusion.
- Perform general administrative duties that are critical to a project's success.
- Other duties as assigned.
