What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Pacific Historic Parks?
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level employees. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the CEO's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the CEO with any necessary meeting preparations. Must be a resident on Oahu.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for CEO
- Aid CEO in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Organize team communications and plan events
- Tracking and managing the CEO's expenses, enuring they align with the company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Assisting in special projects, research, and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Keeping confidential information
- Manage travel logistics and activites, including accommodations, transportation and meals
