You're Excited About US Because You Will...
- Content Design : Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning materials, including onboarding process, training manuals, training videos, leadership development, mentor ship programs and other training content.
- Training Delivery : Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members, utilizing your public speaking skills to captivate and educate the team. This includes New Hire Orientation and other development trainings. Trainings will be delivered in person.
- Team Member Engagement : Host monthly engagement activities for our team members. This may include quarterly luncheon, hosting award ceremonies, spirit week and assisting with other departments' engagement.
- Coaching : Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional growth goals.
- Compliance : Assist in monitoring compliance regulations.
- Learning Management System : Stay current with the latest learning technologies and tools, integrating them into our programs for a modern and efficient learning experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor learning solutions to address specific challenges.
We're Excited About YOU Because...
The expected hourly rate for this position is $25.00. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
