Summary:
TWE seeks a passionate and collaborative People & Culture Business Partner to plan and execute all People & Cultures programs focusing on key areas including Organizational Capability, Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement. This role will work collaboratively with our Global People function to ensure project and initiative work is executed and embedded within client groups. The People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) position is responsible for partnering with assigned business leaders to develop and implement a People & Culture agenda and serves as a consultant to leaders on people & culture related issues while also serving as an employee champion and change agent.
Key focus areas include Employee Relations, Organizational Capability, and Organizational Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Processes
Management and timely execution of cyclical People & Culture programs including Talent Review, Performance Review and Merit ReviewCulture
- Build a high performing organization – drive the constant raising of the performance bar through proactively addressing Employee Relations issues
- Implement strategies for assigned client groups to foster a culture of inclusion, ownership, care, and resilience
- Retain, promote, and reward the best – ensure all high performing high and potential employees have active development plans in place and proactively identify and address potential retention issues
Capability
- Leverage Talent and Performance Review processes to build succession plans and address capability gaps within assigned client group(s)
- Build people manager capability through coaching and on-the-job experiences
Accountabilities
- Partner with the assigned business leaders to embed their People strategy and determine their workforce plan and forecasts to meet business needs Including but not limited to:
- Day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations matters within your assigned client groups in conjunction with business leaders as appropriate.
- Proactively monitor performance and support the identification of people issues within assigned client group(s), including providing leaders with insights and advice to help drive business performance.
- Lead structure design & process alignment to optimize the effectiveness of the assigned function(s) Act as a change champion and lead any change management activity for the function (relating to restructuring, acquisitions etc.).
About you:
- You have broad HR experience across employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity and performance management, including specific accountabilities for a client group in an advisory/business partnering capacity.
- You are experienced in supporting a diverse workforce, including hourly and salaried employees with a strong focus on labor law compliance
- You have used organizational development tools and techniques to facilitate teams, change management and organizational design challenges
- You think strategically and are able to translate agreed strategic plans into efficient processes, systems and/or projects & initiatives.
- You work effectively across functions and influence at senior levels in an organization.
- You can effectively manage multiple projects/work streams and deliver timely/quality results.
- You are technically oriented; ability to utilize excel for analysis and reporting as well as the other Microsoft Office products. Spanish speaking ability highly desired but not required.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
