Pacific International has been retained by a rapidly growing organization in the consumer services space.
This location was acquired by the organization and our client is looking to bring in an established leader to implement industry best practices and transform their services segment. They are searching for a proven leader in the services industry who understands the needs and demands of providing best-in-class in-home services to their customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Manage the P&L for the location, ensuring profitable growth and meeting EBITDA goals.
- Define and deliver strategic objectives for the region, including sales, project management, service, and overall financial performance.
- Establish and execute operational improvement programs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Serve as the primary leader for all client and business development, operations, safety, and service.
Team Management
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and direction to ensure a well-motivated and productive team.
- Act as a coach and mentor for direct reports, driving personal and professional development.
Strategic & Tactical Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual strategic plan for the location in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Lead management meetings and present operational updates to various stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with company's mission of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Customer & Employee Focus
- Foster a culture of care and balance between employee satisfaction, customer retention, and operational success.
- Act as a champion for company values, ensuring every team member feels engaged and motivated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 10 years of working experience
- 7 years experience in a leadership role
- Proven success in business development and leading diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and delivering operational efficiencies.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all organizational levels.
