The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring their assigned customers become enthusiastic repeat purchasers of our service. They work with their Field Manager to provide the appropriate priority of service delivery, resolution of issues, and proposal of landscape enhancements to keep the customer happy and produce the desired results within the work proposed and enhancement targets.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Horticulture or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
Language Skills
- Must be able to read, write, and converse in fluent English with clients, co-workers, government representatives, and the public at large.
- Possess basic Spanish conversational skills is a plus.
Computer Skills
- Create, interpret, edit, and print information using Office Suite software applications.
- Open, create, send, and receive inter and intra-company e-mails.
- Manage contracts and enhancement sales in Aspire Enterprise software.
Special Skills and Licensure
- Valid Driver License with approved driving record.
- Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or successful completion of CLT exam within 3 years of employment.
- Employee must pass criminal background and drug screening testing at hire.

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000
