What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager position at Pacific Lawn & Pest?
We are a locally founded, fast-growing lawn care and landscape maintenance company looking to add a full-time or part-time office receptionist/CSR to our team. This position would require somebody who possesses great customer service skills and is able to handle large incoming call volumes during peak times of the day/year.
We are looking for somebody with great positive energy and the ability to solve minor problems that may arise with clients, on the fly. This candidate would work directly with both clients and other Pacific Lawn & Pest team members to manage many of the day-to-day tasks that go into what makes us great! Along with great customer service, this position would also have the opportunity to work with clients and leads alike to make sales with a commission structure in place for each sale.
We are looking for somebody who is kind and compassionate and can put themselves in the client's shoes with each incoming call. Pacific Lawn & Pest has become a Spokane leader for residential and commercial landscape maintenance services, and quality customer support is everything to us and our team. Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls during peak times of the year
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
