Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly organized and well-rounded individual to join our PacNet team as its Project Coordinator. You will manage day-to-day projects from inception through completion. This candidate needs to be an amazing people person as you will collaborate and coordinate across multiple vendors with a genuine attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day workflow for our PacNet Construction crews
- Manage multiple priorities and projects, meeting tight deadlines
- Responsible for all customer and internal deliverables
- Main point of contact between PacNet field team, Project Manager and clients for all deliverables
- You are the single point of contact for the project coordination lifecycle tasked with ensuring that the highest quality of work is organized and delivered on time
- Effectively communicate with vendors management team and closeout personnel. Must understand technical aspects of the projects and ability to translate to PacNet Project Manager.
- Serve as information resource for all issues, questions, documentation, etc. that will arise during the full project lifecycle
- Upload all documentation and specifications into designated folders into SharePoint and customer portals
- Track and maintain job milestones which will include contacting city jurisdictions, VQA provider and at times specialty contractors for construction notification and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Must be highly organized and process driven with the ability to adapt new processes within the ever-changing industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the build process and current industry client specs with the ability to effectively communicate between field team, PacNet Project Manager and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe
- Team player who works collaboratively with co-workers and outside vendors
- Must possess outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure, track details of multiple projects, and interact with people at all levels
