PNS is looking for its next Director of Operations! Reporting to the COO, the Director of Operations is responsible for general oversight of the PNS clinical locations (7 ), patient information management (intake, call center, medical records, prior authorizations), and operations of its interventional treatment programs (Spravato, TMS, VNS).
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and a basic understanding of medical compliance requirements
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Must be able to interact with all levels of employees and patients in a professional manner
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience working within a medical setting, psychiatric practice preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-functional, multi-locational teams over 50 employees
General Duties:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the operational management team
- Oversee the daily operations of all clinic locations
- Create, implement, and recommend operational policies and procedures
- Resolve problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Represents clinics and interacts with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and other professional and community groups as needed
- Participate in the evolution and refinement of quality improvement processes
- Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing high-quality patient care
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Set comprehensive goals for the performance and growth of team members
- Lead managers to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Monitor, train, mentor, coach, and discipline employees.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Oversee patients’ complaints and issues
- Develop plans and programs to monitor patient relations and respond to patient satisfaction surveys
- Must be willing to travel between all of the offices located throughout Orange County, Long Beach, and future locations
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
