Pacific North Wellness, an operator of The Joint Chiropractic, is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to help lead our growth and oversee daily operations across our Mill Creek, Burlington, and Bellingham clinics.

What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind clinic performance, team success, and patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Clinic Operations & Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple clinics
- Provide leadership and guidance to Wellness Coordinators (WCs) and Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs)
- Conduct weekly clinic visits for training, KPI reviews, and compliance audits
- Manage and monitor payroll, time sheets, and bonus calculations
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for clinic staff
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, supply management, and efficient clinic setups
Patient Experience & Retention
- Monitor Carbon/Advantage platforms for lead follow-ups
- Implement systems for managing missed appointments and patient outreach
- Train WCs on resolving patient complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Develop processes to improve patient conversion and retention
Team & Culture Development
- Schedule and lead weekly staff and owner meetings
- Provide quarterly performance reviews and professional development plans
- Uphold and embody the core values of The Joint Chiropractic and Pacific North Wellness
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist with promotional events and in-clinic campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Help create flyers, handouts, and marketing materials
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all licenses and certifications are current and compliant
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and operational policies
- Support future clinic expansion and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 year of sales or multi-site management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Tech-savvy and organized, with excellent multitasking ability
- Passion for wellness and exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prefer 4 year college degree
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
